n-vestigate Webinar #4: Psycho-Hygiene for Journalists

A webinar organised by the #n_vestigate network on how to handle online harassment, traumatic imagery and intimidation. The webinar will also include self-care tools that you can use to safeguard your mental wellbeing and remain productive when working with the traumatic subject matter, and will address how basic trauma awareness is essential for safer and more effective working relationships with sources.
