Please join the Dart Center for Journalism and Trauma on Thursday, October 5 at 5:30pm E.S.T. for a discussion about  “Resilience: The Science of Mastering Life's Greatest Challenges (3rd Edition).” Co-authored by Dennis Charney M.D., Steven Southwick, M.D., and Jonathan M. DePierro, M.D., the book looks at how resilience factors help us to adapt and grow — now revised and updated in its third edition for a post-pandemic world. In conversation with the Dart Center's executive director, Bruce Shapiro, Dr. Charney and Dr. DePierro will discuss how to apply the principles in today's world.  

The OPC and the Dart Center for Journalism and Trauma will host a 90-minute training session online on coping with stress, burnout and trauma on the job.
