Ochberg Fellow David Philipps Wins Pulitzer Prize

The 2014 Pulitzer Prize in National Reporting has been awarded to Ochberg Fellow David Philipps of the Colorado Springs Gazette for "expanding the examination of how wounded combat veterans are mistreated, focusing on loss of benefits for life after discharge by the Army for minor offenses." His prize-winning series "Other than Honorable," cited by the Pulitzer committee for "stirring congressional action," was published over three days in May 2013.
