Rachel Lauren Mueller
Rachel Lauren Mueller (she/her) is a documentary director, DP and journalist from the Colorado mountains who focuses on themes of power, rural America and identity. With her background in investigative journalism, she creates films that interrogate power structures while embracing expansive imagination. Rachel’s films have been supported by organizations such as the International Documentary Association, IF/Then Shorts, and the Minnesota State Arts Board. She has been a fellow at UnionDocs, GroundTruth Films and Overseas Press Club. She has a master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley’s Journalism School with a focus in documentary.
